Funeral Today for 12-Year-Old Killed by Cleveland Cop
Wednesday, 12-year-old Tamir Rice will be laid to rest. Rice was shot and killed by a Cleveland police officer outside the Cudell Rec Center. The incident happened on November 2 after Rice was seen with what turned out to be an airsoft rifle. Funeral services start at 11 a.m.
