Obama Marks 50 Years of Medicare, Medicaid

President Obama marked the 50th anniversary of Medicare and Medicaid in his weekly address. He says the U.S. should continue to improve its health care system by ensuring those programs stay strong. He also focused on making sure all Americans have access to affordable health care. "Today, we're finally finishing the job - since I signed the Affordable Care Act into law, the uninsured rate for all Americans has fallen by about one-third."
