International prosecutors accused the Kenyan government on Tuesday of failing to hand over phone and bank records they said would help them show President Uhuru Kenyatta paid collaborators to take part in post-election violence in 2007. Kenyatta denies charges of co-orchestrating the wave of violence in which 1,200 people were killed and a government representative dismissed the prosecutors' allegations.
