Black-Owned Marijuana Dispensary Opens in Las Vegas
Larry Smith and his partner Shawn Holman are breaking into the marijuana business. They are the stars of a new web series called "Selling Marijuana Legally" which looks at the opportunity for an African American owned pot dispensary. The series goes through the business process, shows community events and charities, culminating with a grand opening festival.
