An Escambia County bus driver has been arrested for reportedly hitting a 9-year-old student with special needs. Pensacola Police Department arrest report said. Pamela Hardy, 56, was charged with child cruelty without great bodily harm on Tuesday, for the incident that happened on April 29.
The remaining three men accused in the brutal beating in April of a Detroit motorist admitted guilt, Thursday through plea deals with prosecutors. 19 year-old Latrez Cummings, 24 year-old James Davis, and 30 year old Wonzey Saffold, all said they hit Steve Utash at least once as the April 2 beating commenced after Utash got out of his truck to help a 10-year-old boy he hit after the child darted into traffic.

On Monday, police in Houston, Texas, issued an Amber Alert for 8-month-old Genesis Haley, who law enforcement officials say was in her mother's car at a gas station when the vehicle was stolen. Later that day, Genesis was found by a jogger. She was still in her portable car seat, fast asleep in a field.
